Made from local Non-GMO corn, the taste, aroma, and texture of these whole grain grits will amplify the flavor of your accompanying entrees. This is a coarse texture but very consistent nugget for even cooking. These grits shine on their own as a traditional breakfast dish, or as a bed for fish, meats, or sauces. A coarse texture but consistent nugget. Cream colored with dark red speckles throughout. A slightly fruity flavor and buttery texture; great served hot like pasta, or chilled, sliced, and re-fried.
