Castle Valley Mill – Bolted Soft Wheat Flour, 2lb Bag
Made from soft red winter wheat grown in Bucks County, PA, this flour is a bolted ‘half-white’ pastry flour with the coarsest bran sifted out. This is a low protein wheat that is best suited to batter-style baking such as banana bread, pancakes, muffins, or anything that should have a soft, crumbly texture.
